DLE is a collective of hand picked, talented and experienced musicians. Playing across many bands, quartets, trios, duos and DJ’s we have all come together to to provide top quality music that threads itself seamlessly through a wedding day.
DLE is based in Hampshire and started life in 2013 as The Damiain Lodrick Band (The DLB). Quickly gaining a good reputation for high quality entertainment built on a foundation of reliability and care for our customers, we are now able to offer our ethos across three bands and a host of event extras.
The musicians in The DLE are able to turn their hands to a wide array of genres, have the ability to read a room and choose the right song for the moment and are all individually kind people who care about job that they are doing. We have gained a huge amount of experience between us playing almost every kind of event in the UK and overseas.
This is more than just a job to us
Now in it’s 10th year we have learned and grown a lot. This is more than a job for us. The musicians at the heart of DLE have all laughed together, cried together, got married and celebrated big birthdays together, we have been in the shoes of the people who book us. We understand what it takes to create great moments and are committed giving our customers a great experience from the initial enquiry all the way through to the moment we say goodbye at the end of the night.
We are small but we pack a punch
Unlike a lot of agencies we do not have a vast list of bands to choose from. From the outside, it might not seem like we are able to offer you much choice but between our three bands we have A LOT of talent.
The DLB and WonderBoy are both ‘exBANDable!’ bands. At their core they are five piece bands offering anthemic floor fillers from across the ages. BUT, if you want something different we can work with you to build a more bespoke package. We are able to add female vocals, one to three piece brass sections and percussion to the bands line up. We adapt our song list to suit the set up of the band giving you your own unique DLE experience.
The Zed Men come as a five piece stampede of indie, pop and rock who will whip up that dance floor up into a frenzy. They have a special on stage chemistry that you can’t manufacture. You only arrive and what The Zed Men have when life long friends perform together.
From these three bands there many, many possibilities.
You may know who you want, you may not be sure but either way please feel free to get in touch with us and have a chat about what you are imagining for your big day. There are not many musical things we haven’t been asked to do and we’d love to help you put together the perfect package.
We can also provide extra musical experiences for your event; from drinks receptions to ceremonies, wedding breakfasts or awards dinners; whichever part of your day needs that little extra something, we can provide it for you!

It’s an infectious energy that spreads through a room and creates great nights and great memories.
